On August 26, 2026, amidst the roar of equipment start-up and the applause of on-site guests, the "3750T Multi-Station Stamping Line Launch and Commissioning Ceremony" hosted by Tianjin Hagong Yongxing Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully held. Mr. Deng Surui, Chairman of Guangdong RUIHUI Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to attend with his team and deliver a speech, joining industry partners and government leaders to witness this glorious moment in the field of domestic heavy-duty equipment.

National Heavy Equipment, with the Automation System Showcasing Its Core Strength

The 3750T ultra-large intelligent multi-station manipulator stamping line commissioned this time is a flagship piece of equipment in terms of nominal press capacity in China, representing a high-level integration of technologies in the metal forming field. For this line, RUIHUI Intelligent provided the complete set of core automation components—including a fully automatic destacking system, a three-dimensional multi-station transfer manipulator, intelligent vision tracking, and a quick die change system—which are key to achieving fully automated, flexible, and digital production across the entire line. Compared to traditional multi-press tandem stamping solutions, production efficiency has been significantly improved, while energy consumption, floor space, and labor costs have been markedly reduced. Simultaneously, the 1200T ultra-high-strength steel (1470MPa) leveling and blanking line was also commissioned. RUIHUI Intelligent supplied the complete set of core automation equipment, including fully automatic uncoiling, leveling, feeding, conveying, and stacking systems, enabling fully automated continuous production from coil to stacked blanks, greatly improving material utilization and production efficiency. With both lines operating in parallel, the entire process achieves automated, flexible, and digital stamping production, suitable for precision mass production of large structural components and high-strength steel parts for new energy vehicles, helping to upgrade quality and efficiency in high-end sheet metal manufacturing.
