Working Principle

An independent manipulator is connected in series with two presses; multiple series combinations form an independent manipulator stamping line. To ensure the stable operation of the series production line, the manipulator automatically and orderly transfers workpieces between various workstations according to a pre-set program.

Components

1. Destacking System

The destacking system uses magnetic force to separate a portion of the stacked material from the top layer. Suction cups at the end of a robotic arm then extract each piece individually and transfer it to a waiting area.

2. Independent manipulator



Independent manipulators are the core component of this production line. They can be driven independently, using the servo system, enabling precise coordinated control.

3. Press Machine

The manipulator handles the transfer of workpieces, while the press machine performs the stamping. Multiple press machines can work in series to complete different processing steps sequentially.

4. Conveyor Belt

A movable conveyor belt is used at the end to transport finished products transferred by the robotic arm, which are then collected and sorted manually. When not in use, it can be moved or relocated for use elsewhere.
