Whether the sheets cut from a blanking line are stacked neatly may seem like a minor detail, but it has significant practical implications. A crooked stack is prone to toppling—and if it falls, hundreds of sheets could be scrapped. A loose, untidy stack takes up more space and creates difficulties for storage and transport. Neat stacking depends on precise positioning and control.
