Double-Station Sheet Loading
Double-Station sheet loading can ensure continuous and stable production. If one loading trolley needs to reload sheets or experiences a malfunction, destacking can continue on the other side.
Sheet Positioning and Conveying
Based on the properties of the metal sheet, the conveyor belt can be designed with magnetic or vacuum adsorption to ensure stable transport. During transportation, tapping calibration devices are installed. These enable the subsequent robotic arm to accurately grasp the sheet and place it into the mold.
Tandem Stamping
By connecting multiple presses in series and using truss-type manipulators, large workpieces can be effectively transferred. Complex stamping processes can be completed efficiently. This also helps reduce material springback.
