The entire line features a modular structure design, achieving intelligent tension control and high-accuracy positioning throughout every process — from decoiling, leveling, and slitting to recoiling.
Capable of handling materials with various thicknesses and widths, the system ensures high-speed and stable operation through DC constant-tension control, dual-knife quick-change units, automatic centering correction, and safety monitoring systems, maintaining a slitting accuracy of 0.05–0.15 mm.

Fully Automated Process Control
Challenge Solved: Traditional slitting relies heavily on manual operation, leading to low efficiency and unstable tension. The line adopts a DC servo constant-tension control system combined with a central intelligent control platform, enabling full-process automatic synchronization — from decoiling to recoiling with one-touch operation. It automatically performs decoiling, tension adjustment, leveling, slitting, and recoiling. The leveler features high-strength leveling rollers with motorized adjustment, while the recoiler uses an inclined-plane multi-piece expansion mechanism for compact and stable operation, driven by DC constant-tension control. This design significantly improves production efficiency and consistency while reducing installation and commissioning time through space-saving and modular expandability.
Constant Tension Decoiler with Automatic Centering
Challenge Solved: Edge misalignment and tension fluctuation causing material defects or scrap. The automatic centering and intelligent edge correction system continuously monitors strip position and tension in real time, effectively preventing misalignment, material deviation, and surface damage — ensuring smooth, stable, and continuous production.
Circular Slitter Dual Knife-Stand System
Challenge Solved: Manual blade changes require disassembly, resulting in extended downtime. Equipped with a dual-knife stand unit, the line enables rapid blade change and precise alignment through an electric lifting-type knife shaft adjustment system. This feature drastically reduces downtime, minimizes production interruptions, and enhances overall line productivity and continuity.
High-Precision Slitting Accuracy
Challenge Solved: Cutting deviation leads to material waste and downstream assembly errors. The system’s high-rigidity knife shafts and electronic fine-adjustment mechanism, combined with servo-driven precision control, ensure each slit is dimensionally accurate and consistent.
