The Truss Destacker 3-Axis Transfer Stamping Line is an integrated metal stamping automation system that combines automatic destacking, intelligent transfer, and Automatic die change functions in one complete solution.
It is designed for high-efficiency mixed production of steel and aluminum materials, achieving fully automated coordination across all key processes — sheet destacking, loading, positioning, stamping, unloading, and stacking.
This automation significantly reduces manual handling and idle time between operations, enhancing production continuity and cycle rate.
Equipped with a dual-arm truss manipulator and 3-axis servo transfer system, the line enables automatic destacking, centering, conveying, and stacking for both rectangular and irregular sheets. The ADC one-touch die change system allows for mold replacement within 5 minutes, greatly improving production flexibility and uptime.

Dual-Arm Manipulator
