Loading trolley
The loading trolley efficiently loads stacks onto the production line, reducing manual labor and improving safety. The trolley consists of a positioning and separating mechanism, the trolley body, a lifting mechanism, and a control unit. The stack positioning rod and magnetic spreader are fixed to the trolley's top surface and move with the trolley. They are positioned using specialized tooling and raised to the unloading position by a lifting mechanism.
NC Straightener feeding
NC(numerical control) technology enables precise adjustment and real-time monitoring, thereby improving the overall efficiency and accuracy of the feeding process. RUIHUI offers different solutions to optimize material feeding, including short-line, long-line, and movable split-type.
3-axis transfer
The robot consists of three axes, all of which are driven by rack and pinion transmissions, and Japanese linear guide rails ensure precision. This enables high-rigidity, low-friction linear motion, ensuring positioning accuracy and repeatability at high speeds and heavy loads.
Tail of line conveying
The end-of-line conveyor delivers the products to manual packing. Automatic telescoping at the front section reduces the number of empty mold stations, and automatic height adjustment matches the mold feed height, preventing material jams, collisions, or poor feeding caused by height deviations. This improves the operational stability of the entire line and the flexibility of mold adaptation.
