This fully automatic multi-station robotic press line, also known as a coil-to-coil shearing multi-station robotic press line, integrates multiple functional modules, including uncoiling, leveling and feeding, shearing, lubrication, stamping, and output. Its modular design allows for easy operation and maintenance, effectively improving production efficiency and product consistency. It is also equipped with intelligent control and safety systems to ensure stability and safety during the production process. The robotic arm utilizes multiple servo motors to drive three axes in a coordinated manner, operating according to set parameters and curves. The stroke can be freely configured, enabling precise, safe, and efficient handling.

NC Straightener feeding
It uses a high-performance NC leveling feeder that can handle coils with a width of 200~1300 mm and a maximum thickness of 6.0 mm, and can handle most conventional coils.
Intelligent operating system
The three-axis robotic system operates along a pre-set curve, with freely adjustable travel for each axis. The conveyor beam is activated with a single button, enabling automated loading and unloading. A fault alarm system displays alarm information on the touchscreen.
Shear transmission
The flattened coil is sheared by a shearing machine and then directly transferred to the stamping table. The continuous design can improve production efficiency.
