Excellent Straightening
The NC straightener feeder features a highly efficient straightening structure (upper5/ lower4 or upper6/ lower5). It is capable of leveling high-strength steel plates. The rollers are made of alloy steel with a thickened hard chrome finish, HRC60±2.
Optional Roller
An optional press roller is used to press the high-strength strip. It prevents feeding issues caused by slight warping.
Tail Strip Feeding
The export supporting device can choose to be made telescopic and have a feeding function. It can extend into the press and shorten the distance to the die. When the end of the strip reaches the main feeding device, the control system closes the tail feeder rollers. At the same time, the main feeder rollers open, and the tail feeder rollers start feeding. This design can improve strip utilization.
