Fully Automatic Destacker 3-Axis Transfer Stamping Line
Fully Automatic Destacker 3-Axis Transfer Stamping Line is characterized by a high degree of automation, flexibility, intelligence and safety protection. It can move freely and flexibly in three-dimensional space and accurately grasp and transport materials. This manipulator is suitable for various stamping scenarios. It is easy to operate and can be quickly programmed and taught through a simple interface. Subsequent maintenance is not complicated. A dual-station destacker design is adopted, capable of automatically switching stacker trolleys to achieve continuous and uninterrupted production operations. It can greatly improve production efficiency, reduce labor costs and labor intensity, and also reduce defective products and help enterprises develop efficiently.

Automatic positioning & separation
The material stack positioning device and magnetic sheet separating device can be completed automatically and have parameter memory function, eliminating the need for manual adjustment.
Automated Sheet Suction Cup
Each suction cup is controlled by an independent cylinder. Depending on the shape of the material, it can freely select the corresponding suction cups to complete the pickup. The suction cup positions can be automatically adjusted and have parameter memory functionality.
Dual-sheet removal
The sheet material is transported using upper and lower conveyor belts. Depending on the material properties, the conveyor belts can be designed for magnetic adsorption or vacuum adsorption. A sheet collection box is installed before the lower conveyor belt. When the upper conveyor belt detects two sheets, the sheet material will be released and fall into the collection box. If it passes the detection, it will be released onto the lower conveyor belt.
