High-Speed Blanking Line
The High-Speed Blanking Line is specially designed for the production of automotive panels and steel service centers. It integrates decoiling, shearing, cleaning & oiling, leveling, feeding, blanking, and stacking into one high-performance automated system.
The complete line consists of dual coil cars, decoiler, precision leveler, servo feeder, micro-feeding device, blanking press, and stacking system, all managed by an intelligent control platform.
It achieves a maximum speed of 70 SPM and supports the processing of high-strength steel up to 1180 MPa, ensuring high precision, stability, and long-term continuous operation.
Ideal for outer and inner panels, chassis parts, and home appliance components, this line helps manufacturers maximize material utilization, improve production efficiency, and reduce overall manufacturing costs.

Dual Coil Car
One coil car transfers the coil smoothly onto the decoiler mandrel, while the other receives and removes the used coil from the decoiling area. Both coil cars are equipped with dual-motion mechanisms — longitudinal and transverse movement — each with safety locking functions to ensure secure operation. This dual-car configuration significantly reduces coil changeover time, enhancing production efficiency. During loading, the system automatically performs axial and radial centering, allowing the operator to simply place the coil and remove the straps before automatic alignment and loading onto the decoiler mandrel.
Precision Leveler
The precision leveler corrects the material flatness and eliminates internal stress, ensuring a smooth, even surface. It feeds the material into the press according to the preset length and speed parameters, guaranteeing dimensional consistency and stability during blanking.
Shearing Machine
The shearing machine trims coil heads and tails that do not meet production requirements, cutting them into designated lengths. The trimmed scraps automatically fall into a waste collection bin located below, which can be easily removed from the line for disposal without disrupting production. Scrap Collection System: This system automatically collects and transports the sheared waste away from the production area. When the bin is full, a scrap cart moves laterally along a track to an open area, allowing for quick and safe cleaning without affecting continuous line operation.
Loop Buffer System
After leveling, the steel strip enters an underground loop pit, forming a buffer loop (compensation ring) that balances the speed difference between the continuous decoiling-leveling section and the intermittent blanking press. This design eliminates tension between machines, ensuring smooth, stable, and synchronized production throughout the line.
Intelligent Servo Control
A fully digital servo control system enables real-time monitoring of equipment operation, energy consumption, and alarm status. It integrates all line modules into a smart interconnected system, providing transparent management and seamless coordination. By creating a traceable and data-driven production environment, it helps manufacturers achieve intelligent, automated, and efficient production management — solving the traditional challenges of invisible production status and difficult data tracking.
