  3. Introduction of Hot Forming Stamping Line

With the development of stamping technology, hot forming stamping has become a common stamping technique. It involves heating the material to a high temperature and then stamping it using a die. It is mainly used in the production and processing of automobiles, home appliances, hardware, and aerospace products, and is a powerful and efficient stamping technology. Now, let's understand the composition of a hot forming stamping production line and how it works.

Components

1. Robotic Arm

The robotic arm plays a crucial role in the production line, handling destacking and transferring materials to the heating furnace. The heated material is then transferred by the robotic arm to the stamping machine for stamping. Its dexterity directly impacts production efficiency.

2. Heating Furnace

The heating furnace is the core of the production line. Only by uniformly heating the material to the appropriate temperature can the stamping process be effectively performed. Common heating furnaces include box furnaces and roller furnaces.

3. Stamping Machine

The stamping machine consists of a high-strength press and precision dies. It is responsible for cutting, bending, or stretching the heated material to form the final product.

4. Cooling System

After stamping, the finished product may remain at a high temperature for a short period, exhibiting low stability. The cooling system helps to quickly cool the finished product, ensuring it maintains its initial shape and precision.

5. Conveyor Belt

The conveyor belt transports the finished product from the work area, facilitating manual inspection and collection.

Processing

The general processing steps of a hot forming stamping production line are: destacking, heating, stamping, and receiving.

1. Destacking

Hot forming stamping is the process of processing raw materials into finished products. After destacking the materials stacked on the blanking line, they are transferred to the heating furnace for heating.

2. Heating

When the materials are sent into the heating furnace for heating, the heating temperature varies depending on the properties of the materials. Uniform heating is necessary to avoid uneven deformation caused by excessively high local temperatures.

3. Stamping

High-temperature heating makes the material easier to shape. Shortly after heating, stamping is performed for shaping.

4. Receiving

Finished products are transported via conveyor belt and received manually.

Main Features

1. Reduced Press Wear

Hot working makes materials easier to stamp, which can reduce the workload of the press to a certain extent, and reduce stamping pressure and die wear.

2. Effective Handling of Thick Materials

Thicker materials often experience greater stress, and springback may occur after normal stamping. Heating the material at high temperatures can relieve stress and reduce springback.

3. Effective Completion of Complex Processes

The material has better ductility at high temperatures and is easier to mold, which reduces the occurrence of cracks and damage in finished products.

RUIHUI has dedicated itself to the research and development of hot forming stamping, designing both box furnace hot forming stamping production lines and roller furnace hot forming stamping production lines. These two types of production lines offer excellent processing results, a high degree of automation, and can meet a variety of different needs.
