Components
This stamping line consists of two uncoiling stamping lines, with one line equipped with a destacking system. Using the stamping machine as a connecting point, a shuttle robotic arm completes the tandem.

The NC straightener feeder is used for uncoiling, leveling, and feeding the material. The destacking system is a dual-station overhead-type design, which helps save floor space. The movable conveyor can be positioned in different locations according to the production flow.

1. Multiple Modes
Compound flexible intelligent stamping production line can operate in four stamping modes. The two ends are referred to as A and B. Details are as follows.

Combined with the flexible control of the manipulators and straightener feeder, the entire line can quickly adapt to different sheet materials, thicknesses, and part sizes, enabling high flexibility and continuous production of multi-specification parts.
3. Space Saving
The entire production line adopts a modular design, and through reasonable combination in series, it is not necessary to design a production line for each mode. By combining modules efficiently, there is no need to design a separate line for each mode. Even in facilities with limited space, automated stamping production can be achieved, effectively improving the utilization of floor space.
