This production line is specially designed for the heavy coil blanking processes in the automotive, home appliance, and high-end sheet metal industries.

The entire line integrates multiple functional modules, including uncoiling, leveling, servo feeding, shearing, oiling, and stacking, achieving a fully automated process from coil to sheet.

Equipped with precision leveling and servo-tracking shear functions, it ensures accurate cutting dimensions and flat sheet surfaces.

It is used for cutting plates to fixed lengths measured by the NC sizing system. The shearing machine can move forward and backward with a travel distance of 1000 mm, providing high-speed cutting that significantly improves production efficiency.

When cutting plates of different thicknesses, the gap between the shear blades can be manually adjusted.

The modular structure design makes equipment maintenance easier and enables flexible production changeovers.
