Progressive Die Stamping Line

The material is continuously fed in coil form, and multiple processes such as blanking, forming, and cutting are completed in sequence within a single progressive die.

Transfer die stamping lines are mainly used for forming medium to large automotive structural and body parts. Material is usually fed as sheets and transferred between die stations by a 3-axis transfer to complete multiple forming processes, balancing forming capability and production efficiency.

3. Spacious layout with independent die stations, suitable for complex segmented forming.

4. 3-axis transfer system requires more complex setup and maintenance, with higher investment costs.

Hot Forming Stamping Line

Hot forming stamping lines are designed for high-strength steel forming. High-temperature heating reduces the material’s yield strength, improves ductility and flowability, and facilitates stamping. Rapid cooling after heating transforms the material structure into martensite, further increasing strength. To ensure fast cooling, the production line requires precise coordination between the heating furnace and the press.

1. Strong forming capability with high finished product strength.

2. To ensure precise control and stable automation, it requires temperature sensors, monitors, making the system complex and costly.

3. Sheet heating requires waiting time, so production efficiency is moderate.

4. Dies, conveyor belts, and manipulator end effectors must be designed to withstand high temperatures for stable operation.
