The NC straightener feeder is also called the 3-in-1 decoiler straightener feeder. With its superior performance, it is widely used in automotive parts manufacturing, home appliance industry, and so on.


Advantages

1. High Degree of Automation

Decoiling: automatic feeding is achieved using a coil feeding trolley. A photoelectric detection device detects the length of the strip arc, automatically adjusting the decoiling speed.

Straightening: the straightening adjustment can completed via a control panel, eliminating the need for manual adjustment. Different strip thicknesses and widths correspond to different leveling parameters, which can be stored by the system. When changing production tasks, existing parameters can be directly recalled without readjustment.

2. High-Rigidity Rollers

The feeding and straightening rollers of the NC straightener feeder undergo special heat treatment, resulting in high hardness (HRC60°), wear resistance, and a long service life, adaptable to various types of coil strip.
