Destacking System

2. Stack Position

5. Sheet Convey

6. Dual-Sheet Removal

The truss destacking system stops and triggers an alarm if double sheets are detected, or a short section of the conveyor belt runs in reverse to eject the sheets. If the sheets pass the detection, they continue forward and are released onto the lower conveyor for further transfer.

7. Sheet Position

For different sheet sizes, the truss destacking system requires manual replacement of the appropriate tapping device. The top-suction destacking system has tapping devices installed at different positions on the upper and lower conveyors, allowing it to effectively handle sheets of various sizes.

Multi-Station Transfer System

In a truss destacking stamping transfer system, the main and auxiliary manipulators are installed on the same horizontal plane as the press, resulting in weaker vibration resistance. It uses a gear-and-rack transmission, and the clearance between the gear and the rack requires manual adjustment. In a top suction destacking stamping transfer system, the manipulator uses a box-type structure, which provides higher strength, better rigidity, and stronger vibration resistance. It uses a ball-screw transmission, which offers higher accuracy during repeated movements.
