Top Suction Destacking System

The top suction destacking system works by having top suction cups directly pick up sheets, which are then transferred by the top conveyor belt. There are two conveyor belts for transmission: the upper and lower conveyor belts. A double-sheet detection is performed during convey; if the detection passes, the sheet continues to the end released to the lower conveyor belt, and then transferred to the next work area by the lower conveyor belt.

Features

The suction cups are independently controllable and have the parameter memory function, allowing for the selection of specific suction cups to grip different sheets, without manual adjustment.
