The parallel method offers the lowest leveling accuracy, primarily suited for thick materials ranging from 2.0 to 6.0 mm. The staggered method is relatively balanced, primarily suited for materials ranging from 0.1 to 3.0 mm, while still ensuring a certain level of accuracy.

2.2. Drive device

During the leveling process, the rollers not only bend the material but also drive it forward. The drive mechanism's job is to synchronize the rotation of the upper and lower rollers, providing sufficient traction and maintaining a steady and uniform speed during the leveling process. 

Gear drive is a common design, each roller is meshed with each other through a precision gear set, with excellent synchronization and high torque. However, it requires regular oiling and maintenance.The power supply is generally 3Phase 220V/380V/50HZ.

2.3. Adjustment device
