RLF Straightener

Precision Levelers, also known as straighteners, levelers, calibrators, and flatteners, are used for flattening uneven metal sheets (steel coils) and aluminum sheets (aluminum coils). They use upper and lower rollers to squeeze the strip or sheet to a certain thickness, achieving a flat finish. The RLF series is a precision leveler for sheet metal with a maximum width of up to 300mm and thicknesses of 0.1 to 1.4mm. Its superior leveling capabilities are ideal for machining a variety of precision parts. Whether in electronic component manufacturing or precision machining, the RLF series provides stable and accurate leveling results.

1. 22 working rollers remove residual stress from the material, providing superior straightening capabilities and ensuring high product flatness, fully meeting the precision requirements of precision machining.

2. The upper rollers feature an advanced four-point split-surface fine-adjustment mechanism, suitable for the high-precision machining demands of straightening machines.

3. The rollers are made of bearing steel (SUJ2), heat-treated and quenched to HRC60°, then hard-chrome plated and ground for high hardness, wear resistance, and long service life.

4. The transmission utilizes a universal joint, with speed controlled by a frequency converter. The straightening and leveling speed is synchronized with the punch press, achieving infinitely variable and smooth feeding.

5. An intermittent automatic grease lubrication system is included, allowing for compatibility with any feeder.
