RLV straightener machine is used for leveling various metal sheet coils, and the uneven metal sheet is extruded with a certain thickness of strip or sheet through the upper and lower rollers, so as to achieve a leveling effect, suitable for various hardware factories, electronic Continuous production of stampings in parts factories.
1. The straightening wheels are constructed with three wheels on top and four wheels on the bottom. The wheel diameter is 60mm and is suitable for material thicknesses of 0.5-3.0mm.
2. Models with a width of less than 400mm use an L-shaped induction system, while models with a width of 400mm or more use a floor-standing induction system.
3. The straightening amount is adjusted by handwheel with a 0.1mm accuracy and a graduated display.
4. The standard straightening speed is 16m/min. Customization is available for special requirements.
5. This model does not include a frequency converter in the standard configuration. Adding a frequency converter will incur an additional charge.
