The RLV-F model is a modified type leveling machine. The machine adopts the upper 8 and lowers 9 mechanisms. The diameter of the leveling wheel is Ф30mm, which is suitable for the straightening of thin plates with a thickness of 0.1~1.5mm. The minimum material width can be 150mm, and the maximum can be 500mm. The upper and lower rollers are driven fully synchronously, with variable frequency speed regulation and stable operation. Special models can be produced according to customer requirements. The upper work roll can be opened for cleaning, which is suitable for aluminum materials. Very favorable conditions for precision straightening of thin sheets. The leveling amount adjustment method of this model has handled adjustment, the leveling amount precision is 0.01mm, and the dial indicator shows.
