RFU Horizontal Decoiler

This machine features a horizontal turntable feeder with a large load capacity of up to 2 tons. Coiled materials can be stacked, reducing refilling and restocking time. It features two speed levels that can be adjusted independently to track the main machine's operating speed, with air feed speeds ranging from 0 to 24 meters per minute. Its rational structure and low center of gravity facilitate unloading. Its two-speed automatic adjustment and the use of a tension switch allow for independent adjustment of tension and speed for the first and second speed levels, ensuring smooth feeding.

1. The flat, electronically controlled feeder design facilitates placing an entire pallet of roll material onto the feed rack at once, eliminating the need for individual roll loading and saving time and effort.

2. The feed speed is variable with a frequency converter, ranging from 0 to 24 meters per minute, and the speed is adjustable.

3. Operation is simple: simply adjust the roll height and select clockwise or counterclockwise feed direction for punching.

4. The robust structure ensures smooth loading, low friction on the loading plate, and fast unwinding and feeding, making it ideal for high-speed punching.

5. A customizable double-deck disc model allows for simultaneous unwinding of two rolls, meeting the needs of double-roll stamping production.
