RF High-speed roll feeder adopts the form of mechanical transmission to achieve feeding, so it is also called a mechanical feeder; the high-speed roller feeder is mainly equipped with a high-speed punch, which is specially used for the conveying of strip materials and sheet materials. This automatic feeder has high accuracy. and it is environmentally friendly, saves time, and greatly reduces labor intensity. This product is recommended when the feeding frequency is more than 200SPM. The feeding principle is to use the output shaft of the punch press to drive the eccentric disc of the automatic feeder to feed the material. The body wall of the roller feeder is made of castings, and the roller is hollow, light in weight, and small in rotational inertia.
1. High-speed roller feeders are widely used in the stamping industry. They are easy to operate and can handle multiple processes continuously.
2. The number of revolutions is proportional to the feed length, reaching up to 600 revolutions per minute.
3. Regardless of the width and thickness of the material, simply adjust the feeder to match the die, making it economical and practical.
4. It requires no electricity or air supply and is connected to the punch press output shaft, which drives the feed, saving energy. It also has a low failure rate and is easy to maintain.
5. Feeding accuracy is ±0.05mm, and with a guide pin for positioning, accuracy can be increased to ±0.01mm.
6. The telescopic adjustable pull rod can be adjusted to the standard length and matched with the rocker arm to a standard transmission angle, ensuring safety and ease of use.
7. This machine operates quietly, eliminating workplace noise.
