The new model adopts pneumatic relaxation, and the mechanical structure and control system are integrated. Through CCS (Computer Controlled Servo System), high-precision multiple numerical control that was previously impossible is achieved. It can be operated quickly and accurately.
Due to the machine's structure, the control system motor typically uses a 0.75kW motor. Therefore, based on the operating principle, this machine can only reach a maximum of 400mm. The servo control system is a Japanese Yaskawa brand, and the touch screen is a Taiwanese Weilun brand. Custom brands are available upon request.
If required, standard cylinders can be converted to high-speed cylinders. By optimizing the structure and program, speeds can reach up to 300 SPM.
