Controlled by a computerized closed-loop feedback system, 20 different feed lengths can be input, each providing 999 punching cycles. Accuracy is guaranteed within 0.03mm, meeting the processing requirements for specialized products.
This machine's mechanical structure and control system are separate, and the release mechanism is pneumatic. Due to structural issues with the pneumatic release mechanism, the cylinder is too large, making 100 mm difficult to reach. The minimum width is 200 mm.
After the feeder is installed, if the feeder height level does not align with the die punching position, there is approximately 100 mm of adjustment available. To adjust the feeder's horizontal position, loosen the two bolts on the slide and adjust the bolts securing the mounting plate. Once the level is adjusted to the desired position, tighten the bolts.
