RNC Servo roll feeder is an intelligent and easy-to-operate feeder on the market that is very popular worldwide. Servo feeders are a popular type of automation equipment designed for complex stamping processes. Compared with the roller feeder, it has obvious advantages. It can realize multiple step-by-step productions of the same stamping process on one punch. The servo feeder can feed metal belts up to 1300mm in width and 6.0mm in thickness, with a maximum feeding speed of 30m/min. The feeding speed reaches 30m/min. Using high concentric mechanical structure and precision parts, combined with servo control system, can achieve precision feeding performance within 0.2mm.
The servo-controlled feed speed and feed step width are adjustable. The RNC series uses mechanical relaxation. The minimum material width for this model is 100mm. Generally, the RNC series is recommended for material strips exceeding 400 sheets. The RNC model can handle a material width of 1300mm. The servo control system for this model is generally a Japanese Yaskawa brand.
