MAC2 NC Straightener Feeder

This automatic feeding machine integrates a material rack, leveler, and feeder into a single unit. Utilizing advanced technology, it's easy to operate, effectively saving space and improving production efficiency. Suitable for straightening materials with a thickness of 0.3 to 3.2 mm, the roller system typically utilizes a 6-up, 5-down configuration, currently supporting a maximum material width of 800 mm. The entire line occupies a minimal footprint. Machines in this series with a width exceeding 500 mm are equipped with a support arm and an inlet pressure device to assist with feeding.

Achieving Superior Flatness

The use of 11 work rollers (6 upper and 5 lower) achieves the highest level of flatness in the thin and thick plate industry. This meets the increasing demands of precision high-speed punch presses.

Direct-drive variable-frequency-controlled gear motor

The direct-drive variable-frequency-controlled gear motor easily adjusts the correction speed to match the production line speed. Furthermore, the use of chainless, direct-drive, high-precision gears ensures smooth operation of the work rollers even at the extreme dynamic limits, ensuring the production of high-precision products.
