MAC5-H NC Straightener Feeder

This fully automatic feeding device integrates feeding, straightening, and material racking. Featuring advanced technology, high precision, and high efficiency, it is particularly effective for handling extra-long, extra-wide, and thick materials, and is widely recognized in the industry as a leading automatic feeding device. This type of machine is primarily designed for straightening materials with a thickness of 0.8 to 9.0 mm. It typically uses a nine-roller system, currently supporting a maximum material width of 2000 mm. The leveling roller can be customized with a tiltable design. A hydraulic cylinder tilts the upper half of the roller upward by 20 degrees, facilitating cleaning of oil stains, scrap, and nonferrous metal oxide layers from the roller surface. This facilitates inspection and maintenance of the three-in-one feeder, ensuring long-term stability in leveling and feeding accuracy. It is primarily used in automotive parts stamping.
