Description

This type of machine is primarily designed for straightening materials with a thickness of 0.3 to 4.5 mm. It typically uses 7 or 9 rollers, corresponding to a maximum material width of 1000 mm. It is widely used in the hardware and automotive parts industries. Currently, we have custom-made 600 mm models with a maximum feed rate of 85 SPM.

4. The feed rollers and leveling rollers undergo a special heat treatment, resulting in high hardness (HRC 60°), wear resistance, and long service life.
