MAC4-F NC Straightener Feeder

To improve efficiency and productivity in punching thin to medium-heavy plates, the latest model, the MAC4-F series, has been introduced. The MAC4-F, a three-in-one feeder, features 11 working rollers arranged in a 6-up, 5-down configuration, offering high rigidity and excellent flatness. It can handle materials with a maximum width of 600 to 1300 mm and a thickness of 6.0 mm. The use of 11 working rollers improves leveling reliability, resulting in extremely flat sheet metal from thin to medium-heavy plates. The enhanced frame rigidity also enables the alignment of high-strength materials, making it suitable for high-precision, high-speed punching presses. A wide-angle opening mechanism facilitates roller cleaning and maintenance.

Openable working roller mechanism

The roller mechanism can be opened up to 20 degrees, centered around the outlet mandrel. The wide opening makes cleaning the rollers very easy. The internal structure is clearly visible, making inspection and maintenance deeper within the mechanism more convenient.

Coil head flattening device

This reduces operating effort and increases safety by flattening the front end of the coil, facilitating material entry into the rollers.
