MAC6-H NC Straightener Feeder

These machines are custom-designed to meet the automotive industry's demand for automated processing of high-tensile steel plates. These machines are primarily designed for straightening materials with a thickness of 2.0 to 12 mm. They typically use a five-roller system, currently supporting a maximum material width of 2000 mm. Combining the functions of a feeder, leveler, and feeder, they offer comprehensive functionality, a compact structure, ease of use, high leveling and feeding accuracy, and minimal wear and tear on wear-resistant parts. These new unwinding, leveling, and feeding machines are specifically designed for automated feeding of medium-thick plates with high yield strength in stamping. They are typically used with presses with a capacity of 800 tons or more.

1. The material rack features a unique, CNC-controlled material ring, ensuring a synchronized unwinding speed with the leveling feeder head, ensuring stable operation of the leveling machine.

2. A customizable flip-up head can be tilted 30 degrees, making it easier to clean scrap material from inside.

3. The manual handle adjustment replaces the previous manual adjustment with an electric adjustment, making operation easier.

4. An optional hydraulic shearing system for the front and back ends of the material can be installed to trim irregular front and back ends, ensuring fully automatic operation of the three-in-one feeder.
