Gravity Deceleration Stacking System
The gravity deceleration stacking system is mainly used to receive individual material sheets conveyed out from the finished product conveyor system, enabling products to be neatly and orderly stacked, thus saving more space for product storage. After the sheets go through the processes of uncoiling, straightening, and stamping/shearing in the blanking die, they are conveyed to the stacking position via a conveyor belt. The gravity deceleration stacking system receives the sheets through a trolley, and a patting device aligns the sheets while stacking them. The patting device operates in three directions: left, right, and rear (adjustable or replaceable based on material shape, with consideration for ease of replacement). The position near the conveyor is considered the front direction and serves as the reference positioning plate. The stack is aligned by the patting device operating in these three directions. Stacking trolleys can be divided into single-station and dual-station types. A blank fork can be installed at the rear to reduce downtime during material changeovers and increase efficiency.
1. Used in conjunction with the uncoiling and blanking line.
2. Patting and positioning in four directions (left, right, front, and rear) for neat stacking.
3. The patting mechanism is driven by cylinders, utilizing reputable Japanese pneumatic components.
4. The patting position is generated electrically, with parameter memory.
5. Automatic switching of material stacks without stopping the line, enabling high-efficiency production.
6. Both irregular and rectangular sheets can be neatly stacked.
