Magnetic Blank Stacking System

The magnetic stacking machine will transport the material sheets, after being sheared by the blanking die, to the stacking area and stacking position via a magnetic conveyor belt. Once the flat sheets are cross-cut into pieces of different fixed lengths, the magnetic stacking system will adsorb and convey them to the designated position through the magnetic conveyor belt. Then, the control system will neutralize the magnetism of the permanent magnets at this location, causing the material sheets to fall onto the stacking trolley, where they are aligned and stacked by patting.
