Gravity Non-Deceleration Stacking System

The gravity non-deceleration stacking system utilizes the principle of gravity to achieve efficient and stable material stacking. After processing by the press, blanks are transferred to the gravity stacking station via a swing conveyor and a telescopic conveyor. During this process, the sheet materials are positioned by tapping to ensure their accurate placement. The use of gravity allows the blanks to naturally stack, making this method particularly suitable for inner panel blank stacking. It ensures neat and uniform stack formation.

1. By switching conveyors, material sheets are distributed to two stacking machines, enabling uninterrupted operation during stack switching

2. Two lifting-type stacking trolleys elevate the material stacks, working in coordination with three sets of tapping units to ensure neat stacking.

3. The system supports fast stacking of most irregular and rectangular sheets.

4. It is ideal for high-speed blanking of inner panels, providing an efficient solution for stack formation.
