The SNL thin plate precision leveling machine is an improved model, employing a 9-row upper and 10-row lower leveling structure. The leveling rollers have a diameter of Ф20mm and are primarily suitable for materials with a thickness of 0.1-0.6mm. This model features handle adjustment and a graduated dial display, achieving a leveling accuracy of 0.01mm. It is suitable for stainless steel, copper, brass, and other metal sheets.
The two-stage leveling eliminates the need for intermediate leveling adjustments during the coil leveling process (from head to tail), ensuring consistent flatness. The transmission device is controlled by a frequency converter (cycle control), allowing synchronization with the punch press speed for smooth material transport. It can be used with any feeder.
