RGL Uncoiler Straightener

The two-in-one material rack straightening machine combines a material rack with a thin plate leveler, saving space. The rollers of the two-in-one uncoiling and leveling machine are made of bearing steel (SUJ2), heat-treated and quenched to HRC60°, then hard-chrome plated and ground, resulting in high hardness, high durability, wear resistance, and a long service life. The fine-tuning mechanism utilizes a worm gear mechanism, offering high precision, high pressure, and convenient operation. The leveler's conveniently adjustable working angle allows for flexible adjustment of the leveling head feed angle based on available space and material thickness. This machine is suitable for both uncoiling and precision leveling thin plate materials ranging from 0.3 to 3.2 mm.
