RUL Uncoiler Straightener

This two-in-one feeder and leveler is a standard model, integrating the material collection rack and leveler into a single unit, minimizing temporary space. The uncoiler is unpowered, and a customizable hold-down arm can be added depending on the material. The standard model features a four-point handwheel adjustment, with leveling accuracy adjustable to 0.1mm and a graduated scale. Custom four-point turbine fine-tuning is available upon request.

1. Integrated material rack and straightening improves plant space utilization.

2. The rollers are made of bearing steel (SUJ2), high-frequency heat treated to HRC60°, hard chrome plated, and then ground for high hardness, wear resistance, and long service life.

3. The highly rigid mechanical structure and high horsepower output enable high-speed and stable feeding, improving production efficiency and extending the service life of the equipment.

4. A mobile trolley is compatible for convenient material preparation and loading.
