RUS-F Uncoiler Straightener

This two-in-one coil straightener features a compact structure, integrating a coil uncoiler and precision straightener. It offers stable operation, easy operation, and space-saving features. The upper working roller utilizes an advanced Japanese 4-point micrometer fine-adjustment mechanism, suitable for the high-precision processing requirements of straightening machines. Japanese bearings are used for high precision and long life. The straightening section utilizes universal joints and fully geared transmission, effectively preventing damage to the material caused by passive rotation of the upper roller. It is suitable for leveling aluminum and stainless steel materials with thicknesses ranging from 0.1 to 1.5 mm. It is compatible with any feeder.

1. The upper leveling roller is retractable for easy cleaning and maintenance.

2. Seventeen small-diameter working rollers eliminate bending stress in the coil, ensuring the high flatness required for precision machining.

3. Auxiliary rollers are additionally installed to suppress bending of the working rollers, enhancing leveling precision.
