Simple Understanding

Before we begin, let's take a brief look at the 3-in-1 decoiler straightener feeder.

NC straightener feeders are suitable for industries with high requirements for feeding accuracy, material surface, and feeding stability. Such as: automotive parts manufacturing(Door frames, brackets, chassis parts), home appliance industry(Refrigerator back panel, TV back panel, washing machine outer shell), precision hardware, and so on.


Advantages

1. Strong Material Adaptability

The NC leveling feeder's feed rollers and leveling rollers undergo special heat treatment, resulting in high hardness (HRC60°), wear resistance, and a long service life. It can effectively handle most types of plates, from thin to medium-thick. A separate uncoiler allows it to handle heavier coils.

2. High-Precision Feeding

The NC straightener feeder's feeding section uses a servo motor drive system, ensuring high-precision feeding.

3. High Customization

For automation, the uncoiler can be equipped with a loading trolley. For narrower materials, double limit rollers can be customized. At the end of the NC straightener feeder, a shearing machine, an oiling machine, and a material support frame can be added.


Disadvnatages

1. Not suitable for continuous high-speed(>400SPM) production

The 3-in-1 machine is mainly designed for stamping medium and large-sized parts. To handle wide and thick materials effectively, high speed is not a primary requirement; therefore, its speed is not designed to be particularly fast. If you want to carry out continuous high-speed production, then you should consider a mechanical feeder.

2. High equipment investment

High performance often means a high price. Expanding functionality requires an even higher price. For short-term, low-volume production, the initial investment may not match the returns. Only with long-term mass production will the high returns become apparent in the later stages.

3. Complex maintenance

Because the straightener and feeder are integrated, if any part has problems, the entire machine must be stopped for repair. Furthermore, the limited space and compact parts make repairs relatively complex and time-consuming.
