The independent manipulator, on the other hand, can handle small- to medium-sized processing of different specifications. Independent manipulators can be adjusted independently and are used in conjunction with a servo system; proficient operation requires a certain level of experience. During maintenance, each manipulator needs to be checked and calibrated individually, resulting in a large workload. In contrast, the connecting rod type manipulator, with its simpler structure, is easier to operate and requires less maintenance.
