Components
1. NC Straightener Feeder

The NC straightener feeder decoils the coil, straightening it to eliminate internal stress and ensure a stable, straight state. It then feeds the strip precisely according to a set feeding space.
2. Truss Destacking System
(Tapping position and dual-sheet detection.)
The truss destacking system mainly consists of loading trolley, destacking manipulator, and conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is equipped with double-sheet detection and tapping position. This effectively prevents double sheets from entering the mold and corrects the sheet position, ensuring that the sheet can be accurately placed into the mold by the 3-axis transfer system.
3. 3-Axis Transfer System

The 3-axis transfer system is responsible for feeding the sheet into the press machine and completing the precise transfer of the sheet between various stations during stamping.
4. Tail Conveyor Belt

The tail conveyor belt is used to transport finished products to the worker area, separating manual labor from the stamping area to enhance safety.

1. Destacking and Stamping
The destacking manipulator grabs sheets from the stack and places it onto a conveyor belt for transport. A 3-axis transfer system then completes the stamping transfer of the sheet metal.

2. Shearing and Stamping
The NC straightener feeder levels the coil strip, and a shearing machine cuts it. The sheet is then transferred by the destacking conveyor belt to the subsequent stamping area.
3. Continuous Feeding and Stamping
(Continuous feeding for progressive die stamping.)
The transfer die in the press is replaced with the progressive die. After the NC straightener feeder levels the coil strip, it continues to transport the strip forward to the press to complete the progressive die stamping. It's important to note that compared to conventional progressive die stamping, this transfer distance is longer, which places certain requirements on the width and thickness of the strip. If the strip is too thin or too narrow, it can easily be affected, leading to inaccurate feeding and poor stamping results.
