Double-Station Destacking
A roller furnace hot forming production line is typically equipped with a dual-station destacking system. By using two alternating stacking stations, it enables non-stop stack switching. While destacking is carried out on one side, the other side can pre-stage the next stack of materials, ensuring continuous and stable feeding.
Continuous Heating by Roller Furnace

Tapping Positioning + Material Lifting
Precise positioning is achieved through a tapping device, after which a lifting mechanism raises the material so that the manipulator can grasp it more smoothly and securely. Finally, the sheet is placed into the press mold in a stable and accurate manner.
