The SMAC Series is a high-performance split-type uncoiling, leveling, and servo feeding line. Its core design philosophy lies in decoupling the uncoiling, leveling, and feeding processes, while integrating an advanced loop control system. This structural optimization not only significantly enhances coil handling capacity and operational stability but also offers exceptional flexibility for customized configurations.
Engineered to meet diverse production challenges, the SMAC Series precisely processes various metal coils with thicknesses ranging from 1.0 mm to 3.0 mm, including cold-rolled steel, pickled steel, galvanized steel, high-strength steel, and stainless steel. With a strong load-bearing capability, it easily accommodates coils from standard weights up to 10 tons, ensuring reliable performance even under heavy-duty production demands.
The line can be equipped with a double mandrel uncoiler for non-stop coil changeovers, or paired with a hydraulic loading car to enable continuous, efficient operation. Its robust multi-roller leveling system (e.g., 19 heavy-duty leveling rollers) effectively eliminates internal material stress, guaranteeing flat and precise sheets for subsequent stamping processes.
Driven by high-performance Mitsubishi / Yaskawa PLC and servo control systems, the SMAC line provides a reliable control core with feeding accuracy up to ±0.2 mm, ensuring consistent precision for high-speed progressive die stamping. Furthermore, it supports extended integration with lateral transfer arms and cyclic stacking systems, enabling full automation from coil loading, leveling, and feeding to stamping, blanking, and finished-part stacking — forming a closed-loop, intelligent production workflow.
The SMAC Series is your ideal solution for improving material utilization, ensuring product quality, and achieving large-scale, fully automated stamping production.

Automatic & Manual Operation Modes
Switching between manual mode and automatic mode is quick and simple. The unit is installed directly beside the press feeding area — easy to operate and space-saving. Automatic Mode: The standard production mode, performing continuous motion in a cyclic sequence. It is interlocked with the press to ensure synchronized automation. Manual Mode (Adjustment Mode): Allows execution of all actions individually through the manual control panel for setup and testing.
Coil Pressure Arm
The coil pressure arm securely holds the material coil to prevent loosening after the strapping is removed. During automatic operation, the pressure roller automatically adjusts its rotation speed according to the changing coil diameter, ensuring line-speed synchronization between the roller and coil, and preventing the material from unraveling.
Intelligent Leveling System
The leveling system consists of correction rollers, direction rollers, auxiliary rollers, and feeding rollers. The correction rollers feature a specially treated surface for durability and precision. All leveling parameters can be stored directly in the system database — next time, simply enter the mold or product number to achieve automatic adjustment.
Exit Support Rack
Depending on material width and press type, the exit support rack can be customized with durable polyurethane rollers or heavy-duty roller conveyors. The rack’s end section can be designed with either a fixed or telescopic handle, ensuring better adaptability to your specific production needs.
Loop System
After leveling, the material passes through a loop system to form a buffer zone (compensation loop), which balances the speed difference between the continuous uncoiling-leveling process and the intermittent feeding into the blanking or stamping die. This design effectively eliminates inter-frame tension and improves feeding accuracy and material stability during production.
