Precision Straightening

Overview

Metal Coil requires straightening before stamping. Current consumer electronics products are trending towards thinner and lighter designs. Therefore, the thickness of the metal sheets usually used ranges from 0.2 to 1.3 mm, which is generally quite thin. They have low yield strength and are highly sensitive to deformation. For precision leveling of thin sheets, excessive leveling force and pressure must be avoided to prevent excessive metal strip deformation.

Progressive die stamping completes multiple processes (such as punching, forming, and blanking) sequentially within the same die according to the feeding pitch, ultimately yielding the finished product. Used for the mass production of small-sized parts, such as USB interfaces, battery tabs.
